    • * username@mail.utoronto.ca for current students
    • * username@alumni.utoronto.ca for past students
    • * Mail can be accessed via IMAP in mail client apps or via webmail
  • All current UofT students and staff get use of:
    • * Outlook Online webmail at https://webmail.utoronto.ca logging in with your UTORid and password
    • * Office 365 Online app suite, via the 'waffle' menu in Outlook Online
    • * Online file storage on Microsoft Cloud
  • All current UofT faculty and staff (not students) get use of Microsoft 365 application suite:
    • * Office 365: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, OneNote (downloadable full apps for Windows or MacOS)
    • * Visio (web edition)
    • * Project (web edition)

In summer 2022 the University revised the details of the Microsoft Campus Agreement, affecting what variants and versions of Office are provided to whom.

See MS Campus Agreement for details of these updates.

There are also options to purchase individual licenses for Microsoft software through uSource /Licensed Software Office

Office Online

Each UofT email account is registered as a user in the Office Online portal for UofT. The portal should recognize the user's status (student / staff / faculty) and may adjust accordingly what exact product selection is offered.
